This is an absolutely wonderful company. I spent thousands of dollars and countless hours trying to get rid of bed bugs, I unfortunately picked up from a friend's house. They are great about calling to be sure you get in the calendar for your bi-monthly spray. They also a great about honoring their complimentary follow up sprays if you see bugs between sprays. I’ve done this a couple times and it was no questions asked. Lastly, they always give a couple hour window for when they will show up, but always have shown up within the first 15 minutes of the apt time which is always refreshing. I HIGHLY recommend them.

I also think the whole company (Shelby, Kim, Liz) are also very helpful and patient too (especially with all my panic about the bugs). They did not find an infestation at our apartment, and, even though I was ready to fully pay for the treatment just for peace of mind - the technician said, "I just feel wrong taking your money - you *don't* have an infestation".
